“Future prosperity in the foothills will depend upon building a collaborative and connected base of technology companies that honor the spirit of our pioneer forbearers.
Just as the original settlers of this region worked together in groups to provide each other safety and support while exploring new territory, so must today’s digital pioneers band together into efficient learning communities that handle constant change by sharing information to collaborate as well as compete.
The skilled workforce digital ecosystem of tomorrow will depend on self-directed training tools that are as flexible and adaptable as the workforce these tools hope to create.
Facilitating, and (in turn) being inspired by individuals empowered through workforce training is personally meaningful to me.
Technologies evolve but individuals achieving honorable outcomes through life-long learning usually have three things in common: 1) they lean forward into the unknown (dream), 2) they explore the terrain thoroughly (learn), 3) they cause communities to prosper through their unique achievements as individuals (do).”
