Class Changes: We (PSA) reserve the right to reduce hours of instruction, change instructor or location, increase tuition or cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met.
Class Refunds: You may request a full refund up to 8 days before the class start date. There is a $10 processing fee will be for each class refund requested. Please allow up 2-3 weeks for processing. In the final 7 days before the class start date you may receive a credit for the full amount to your PSA account. Lab and materials fees are not eligible for refund or credit. Refund requests made after the class has started are not eligible for refund or credit.
Class Credit Policy: You may receive a credit on your account for the full amount of tuition when your request to cancel your enrollment is made within 7 days of the start date of the class. This credit can be applied to any future registration fees. Lab and Materials fees are not eligible for refund or credit.
Canceled Class: PSA reserves the right to cancel a class. If a class is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited to that account number; if you paid by cash or check, your refund check will come to you in the mail in 2-3 weeks from Placer Union High School District.
Returned Check Fee: All returned checks are assessed a $25 handling charge.
