Q)  What classes are you offering with this new blended online model?

A)  US History, World History, Civics, Economics, Health, English, Life Science, Physical Science, Tech Essentials, Art, Math Review & Algebra.

Q) What does the term “Blended Online” mean anyway?

A) This refers to the way the course is set up.  All students enrolled in this course will attend class two nights a week.  Students will be able to access instruction at home, which allows students to get through course work faster. Testing is done in the classroom.

Q) What if I don’t get my work done on time or fall behind?

A) Students who fail to complete the assignments will not earn credit. If you need 10 credits you will need to stay on task and complete all assignments. You will earn credit only for assignments that are completed.

Q) How many in class sessions can I be absent for?

A) You may miss up to two classes per semester but work that is assigned is still due by the beginning of each week.  This also includes the previous week prior to the absence.

Q) What if I need fewer than 10 credits?

A) You must only complete work and pass tests in order to earn the amount of credits needed. Once you have earned all of your credits and received verification from your teacher, you are no longer required to attend.

Q)  How do I get started?

A)  Contact your high school counselor or the adult school counselor for information about registration.

Q) Am I automatically enrolled or is there a waiting list?

A)  Enrollment is ongoing until classes fill up.
